The earth a dynamic planet
The Geology Hall at the Natural History Museum Vienna was extensively renovated and redesigned in 2023 by the renowned firm Schuberth and Schuberth. The new exhibition offers a fascinating journey through Earth’s structure and the beginning of the Anthropocene, highlighting how Earth’s development could have varied. With state-of-the-art presentation technology and interactive elements, it showcases the interplay of geological processes and human impact. The newly redesigned Hall 6 was also presented to Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen right after the opening ceremony.
